A creamy rich oatmeal made with low fat milk and water, sweetened with Pure Via sweetener and enriched with dried fruit provides a “breakfast in a bowl”.

Ingredients
2- ½ cups (625 mL) 1% milk
2- ½ cups (625 mL) water
3 cups (750 mL) uncooked old fashioned oats
¼ cup (50 mL) dried cranberries
¼ teaspoon (1 mL) salt
6 packets Pure Via sweetener
1 cup (250 mL) fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries or raspberries)
Directions
Heat milk and water in a 3-quart (3 L) saucepan on medium to a boil. Stir in oats, cranberries, Pure Via sweetener and salt. Cook on medium heat 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thick and creamy. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand 2 minutes.
Divide mixture evenly between 8 bowls. Top with fruit and serve.
