This pale green slushie combines two summertime favorites plus mint, lime juice and ice to create a drink that’s high on flavor and low on calories. So enjoy!

Servings
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
2 cups (500 mL) peeled coarsely chopped honeydew melon
2 cups (500 mL) ice cubes
1 cup (250 mL) peeled coarsely chopped seedless cucumber
2 tablespoons (30 mL) lime juice
1-2/3 (25 mL) tablespoons Pure Via Liquid Sweetener*
10 medium mint leaves
Cucumber slices, optional

*Substitute 10 packets Pure Via Sweetener for the liquid product.

Directions
    Combine all ingredients in blender; cover.
    Blend until thick and smooth.
    Serve immediately in tall glasses. Garnish each glass with a cucumber slice, if desired.
