An easy to make beverage that will keep you warm on a cold winter’s day. It uses only 4 ingredients and just requires heating.
Makes 4 servings
4 cups (1 L) apple juice
6 packets Pure Via Sweetener
4 teaspoons (20 mL) lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon (1 mL) ground cinnamon
4 cinnamon sticks, optional
Heat apple juice in a saucepan on medium heat until steaming.
Nutritional information (per serving)
Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Serve in mugs with a stick of cinnamon as a garnish, if desired.
