Pretty enough to be a dessert, but this parfait is for breakfast. Make it in your favorite glass or in a disposable container for your commute to the office.
Makes 2 servings
2 cups (500 mL) vanilla flavored lite Greek yogurt
4 packets Pure Via sweetener
1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh blueberries
1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon (15 mL) toasted slivered almonds
Combine yogurt and Pure Via. Layer 1 cup (250 mL) of the yogurt mixture in each of 2 glasses. Top each with 1/4 cup (50 mL) of each fruit. Sprinkle with almonds.
