Orange juice adds a slight tanginess to this traditional peach crisp. Frozen unsweetened peaches are a good substitute when fresh are not available.
Makes 6 servings
1 1/2 pounds (675g) fresh peaches, peeled, sliced
3 tablespoons (45 mL) orange juice
8 packets Pure Via Turbinado and Stevia Blend
1 cup (250 mL) uncooked old fashioned oats
2 tablespoons (30 mL) butter, melted
12 packets Pure Via Turbinado and Stevia Blend
1/2 teaspoon (2 mL) ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 1 1/2 quart (1.5L) baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
Nutritional information (per serving)
For Filling, combine all ingredients. Spoon into prepared dish.
For Topping, combine dry ingredients. Stir until all ingredients are coated. Sprinkle evenly over filling.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until fruit is tender. Remove from oven. Serve warm or at room temperature.
